Ever wondered how you ended up exactly where you are currently at? I do all the time. I'm the chef de cuisine of Big Star Taqueria, and ten years ago I would have never dreamed I'd be doing this. That sounds and looks delicious. BigStar is one of our favorite restaurants we have found so far on the Million Dollar Road Trip. Can't wait to be back in Chicago and have some pork belly tacos!
